SOWER project September 2021 at Camp Timber-lee in East Troy, WI is a wrap! This is another ministry doing awesome work reaching the lost for Christ and providing a wonderful place for retreats and church campouts. After meeting and working with new SOWER friends, great camp staff, and watching the deer, sandhill cranes, and turkey families every morning, it was hard to leave.
But, we’re on the road again!
During our all too brief stop at our friends’ Tea Room in Marthasville, MO, we were able to finally (after 25 years) pedal our bikes along the Katy Trail 🛤 for about 15 miles. (https://mostateparks.com/park/katy-trail-state-park). Friday, we parked our home at Ethnos360 (New Tribes Mission) training center in Roach, MO. We are here to visit our young friends from our sending church in Lynchburg, VA. While here, we’ve also been joined by fellow SOWER co-workers who will be laboring with us at our Oklahoma project!
Monday, we will once again hit the road, this time stopping at an Army Corp of Engineers campground in AR. We’ll spend two days of R&R there and then on Thursday head to New Life Ranch in Colcord, OK for our Oct. project!
We continue to enjoy serving our Master in whatever way we can, wherever we can, whenever we can, and for as long as we can! 🤠 🤗
This week’s Blessings, Prayer Requests, and Schedule are here.
