Our time in Eastern Idaho is rapidly coming to a close. š We will leave next Friday for Hailey, ID to spend a couple of days with Katieās niece and then move on to the Boise, ID area in preparation for our next project.
We have enjoyed our time here in Rigby, ID. We have spent time with our son and his youngest son, and visit with another SOWER couple with whom we’ve worked! We have also spent some concentrated training time with our 9-month Goldendoodle, SalomĆ©. She is doing quite well, but still has a lot of āpuppyā in her! We are hopeful that our training diligence will someday pay off!
Our next project is again at Hope House in Marsing, ID (http://ahome2come2.com). We were last there in April 2021. It is āā¦ a home for children who are emotionally impaired, developmentally disabled, and/or come from disrupted adoptions or dysfunctional families. ā¦ā We go to serve, as they need all kinds of help. We also enjoy going there as it provides us an opportunity to visit Katieās other sister, her family, and other Idaho Falls friends who have relocated to the Boise area while we are there.
It will be hard to leave Eastern ID but we look forward to āhitting the roadā again. It feels like a long time since we went any distance in our home! š¤ š¤
