Another Project Month is History

The heavens declare the glory of God;

the sky displays his handiwork.

… night after night it reveals his greatness.”

(Psalm 19:1–2, NET)

We headed down to the lake to see the Christmas Star Monday evening. Yes, we did see it, but we also saw God’s handiwork in the sky as an added blessing. It was fun to see the convergence of Jupiter and Saturn, but it was even more awe-inspiring to be reminded of His greatness.

Last week we completed our December project here at Lake Lavon Camp. We wrapped up the project by doing a minor remodeling on an upstairs staff apartment to make a larger bedroom (see pictures below). It’s now ready for final painting when the staff returns. Sadly I keep forgetting to take the before pictures! 😔

We have the next two weeks for a much-needed rest. We will be enjoying spending time with our daughter’s family and with our SOWER friends who will also be parked at the camp awaiting the start of their next project.

(Don’t forget to check out our other pictures at: http://alongthewalk.com/pictures/).

This week’s Blessings, Prayer Requests, and Schedule are here.
